Crock pot dish!

1/8 cup of flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika
2 carrots, sliced
2 med. potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped

(We like to add in more veggies so I add additional carrots and celery)

Directions:

1. Put beef in crock pot.
2. Mix together flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat making sure to coat each piece with flour.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well
4. cover.
5. cook on low 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours
6. Stir well before serving.

I like to serve mine with white/brown rice and corn bread! enjoy guys
