Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
I want this to be my life verse. I want to have a pure heart before the Lord and a steadfast spirit within me. I want to really, really love people. I want to seek God early in the morning and have Him be my complete strength throughout the day. Often times I try to do everything in my own strength, and it is easy to burn out, and get into ruts when we try to "do it all". So Lord, this day I give to you and help me to be pure and steadfast before You. Each word, deed, and thought, they are all yours. I want my life to be a gift to you.
