Today we went Apple Picking at Eastmont Orchards in Colts Neck.
I wanted to share an Apple Crisp Recipe I just used for our guests tonight. It is super easy, and hopefully delicious. I'm waiting to bake it til later so they walk in and can still smell it baking in the oven!
At first I wanted to make a yummy apple pie, but I didn't have any pie crusts in the freezer and I didn't want to go to the store...so here is Plan B.
Apple Crisp
Directions:
1. Slice the apples in baking dish (I used 9 by 13) you can used peeled or unpeeled apples (I peeled)
2. Sprinkle cinnamon and white sugar over apples.
3. Mix remaining ingredients with a fork and sprinkle on apples.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes!
So easy!!!
