For Dessert...
Coffee Cake

Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp melted butter

Cake Ingredients

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

Directions:

1. Sift dry cake ingredients togehter, cut in butter.
2. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, beat until smooth.
3. Pour half of batter into grease and floured pan.

You can use a 8 by 8 baking dish and sprinkle half of the topping mixture, and pour in remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the topping. (So a layer of batter, then sugary topping, a layer of more batter, and the rest of the topping)

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bon Apetit!!!
