1. Heat the above til butter melts.
2. Place chicken in single layer in a baking dishe
3. Pour sauce over chicken-coating well.
4. Bake and taste.

Super easy!!! Enjoy!!!

I serve this over brown rice.

For Dessert...
Coffee Cake

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp melted butter

Cake Ingredients

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

1. Sift dry cake ingredients togehter, cut in butter.
2. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, beat until smooth.
3. Pour half of batter into grease and floured pan.

You can use a 8 by 8 baking dish and sprinkle half of the topping mixture, and pour in remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the topping. (So a layer of batter, then sugary topping, a layer of more batter, and the rest of the topping)

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bon Apetit!!!
