I think one of the joys of being a Mom is watching the relationship of your children and spouse grow.  We all know that Marky is a mama's boy right now, but Julia LOVES her Daddy.

The other day John overheard Julia talking on her pretend cell phone, and she said, "Daddy, come home, you're working? I MISS you!"  She is so expressive and always tells John she loves him, she's proud of him, and that she misses him...(hmmm, I wonder where she hears that from?) 

Julia loves to be silly with her daddy.  She grabs his hand and says, "Sit down, daddy!"  She always wants him close by.  They do taekwondo and ground fighting together...John is showing her some great self defense moves, and Julia is a great listener, and she loves to practice.

She likes cuddling with daddy when she's tired.  They may be on a couch or a chair, but as long as she is on him, that's good!   She can't get enough kisses either.  She even says, "Kiss Marky, Kiss Mommy, Kiss JuJu!"  We treasure the moments when we are a family of four and we try to make the most of our time.

John and I will be celebrating 7 years of marriage this Sunday...August 8, 2003 was our wedding date!  7 years!!! Where has the time gone?
